Description

This course will introduce the students to essential cooking skills with an emphasis on kitchen safety and proper food handling. Students will learn basic techniques, safe knife skills and foundational practices need to prepare simple meals with confidence. Students will prepare lunch that everyone will enjoy at the end of class.
