K4 Construction, LLC is a General Contractor / Construction Manager located in Waco, Texas and serves the Central Texas Area. K4 Construction was founded in 2011 by owners Keith Helpert and Mark Perry. After 10 successful years in business, Keith Helpert became the sole owner of the company. In Keith Helpert’s 25+ years of project management, he has successfully completed well over $150 million in construction.

K4 provides General Contracting, Design-Build Contractor, Construction Manager @ Risk, and Construction Manager as Agent services to our clients.  K4 regularly handles commercial, industrial, municipal, and religious construction project types.  K4 continually manages projects that range in size from $10,000 to $10 million, ranging from minor interior remodels to multi-million dollar ground-up new construction.  K4 excels in being brought in at the very start of a project’s design phase where K4 helps keep the project on budget and on time by working hand in hand with the design professional and owner during project design.
