State of the Arts & Culture is a new event that will explore the Greater Waco region's arts and culture economy, aiming to showcase the economic and quality of life impacts of the local arts community. The event will delve into the crucial role of arts and culture, emphasizing their contributions to enhancing the quality of life, attracting and retaining businesses, and fostering an environment that appeals to talented individuals and innovators. This will be an afternoon event that concludes with a happy hour. A portion of the event's proceeds will be donated to support Creative Waco's ARTPrenticeship program which was inspired by Cincinnati's ArtWorks Apprenticeship program as a result of the Chamber's 2017 InterCity Leadership Visit to Cincinnati, Ohio
