ERCOT Interim President & CEO Brad Jones will discuss how the Public Utility Commission and ERCOT are improving the Texas electric grid through legislative changes and managing the grid more aggressively than at any point since electric competition began in 1999.  He will also discuss ERCOT's plans for some 300 power plant inspections in December and provide an update on the Roadmap to Improving Grid Reliability
