TOPIC: "Emotionally Intelligent Leadership: Our New Workforce Demands It!" 

Emotional intelligence is the cornerstone of effective leadership.  It enables leaders to better understand team members and equips them to face challenges in team dynamics, especially in high-pressure situations. In today's dynamic and fast-paced work environment, emotional intelligence plays a critical role in effective leadership.  Reimagining the workforce and supporting teams is a priority for leaders around the world.  

During this presentation we will explore the four components of emotional intelligence and how it relates to interacting with others.  Participants can expect to leave this training with an understanding of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management.  Additionally, you will learn ways to increase emotional intelligence to achieve your goals.

Dr. Baggerly-Hinojosa has a PhD in Leadership Studies and is the author of three leadership books and numerous chapters on leadership in graduate textbooks. She is considered the expert in the soft skills that are required for success.
