2023 TFTS Pop Up Vendor Application

Pop Up Vendor Details
- Event Date: Saturday, April 1, 2023, 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
- Location: Heritage Square in Downtown Waco (311 Austin Ave.)
- Entry Fee: $200, includes a 10'x10' space with (1) 6-foot table and (2) chairs
- Application Deadline: February 10, 2023 or until all spots are full
- Vendor Space: There are 18 total vendor spaces.
- No food or drink may be sold, served or given away. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Vendor Space will be assigned at the Waco Chamber of Commerce's discretion
- If accepted as a vendor, you will be notified on Friday, February 17, 2023 and payment will be due no later than 5 days after notification.
This application is only for Pop Up Vendors (not food trucks) interested in participating in the 2023 Texas Food Truck Showdown. If you are interested in being a Food Truck Competitor, please use this application.
