The Heart of Texas Behavioral Health Network, strives to provide accessible, caring, and responsive support services for families and individuals and families coping with mental illness, substances use, developmental disabilities, developmental delays, and emotional conflict. We are honored to be the Local Mental Health Authority (LMHA) and Local Intellectual Developmental Disabilities Authority (LIDDA) for Waco and McLennan County—as well as Bosque, Falls, Freestone, Hill, and Limestone counties.  Crisis Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
