Budgets - learn from Patillo\, Brown and Hill about personal budgets\, money management\, charitable giving\, filing taxes\, filing out a W4\, benefits (insurance (health\, vision\, dental)\, 401K\, PTO\, sick time) hourly vs. salary\, understanding your paycheck.4. Banking - learn the difference between checking & savings\, credit vs. debit\, credit scores\, balancing your statement\, online banking (safeguards)5. Goal SettingAt the end of this event students will complete a questionnaire where they will provide information including what their post high school plans are and their dream school if they plan to continue their education. these answers will be used on Day 2.
