The Tip Off Luncheon hosted by the Greater Waco Chamber, with presenting sponsor Walk On's Sports Bistreax, provides a preview of the upcoming local basketball season for Baylor University and McLennan Community College. This exciting event includes a preview of Baylor’s upcoming college basketball season from DEFENDING NATIONAL CHAMPION Baylor Bear head coach Scott Drew and NEW women's basketball head coach Nicki Collen. McLennan Community College women’s head coach Ricky Rhodes and men’s head coach Kevin Gill also provide a preview to their upcoming seasons. This year's guest speaker is Melvin Adams, former NCAA All-American basketball player and member of the world famous Harlem Globetrotters.
