Born out of a love for a beautifully set table and the joy of gathering friends and family, Well Set creates space for both through unique, elevated rentals and tablescape design. 

A small town girl with a lifetime of travel and cultural encounters, Amy Gaston has sat at tables with society’s elite savoring world class dining and has had her fair share of backyard barbecues alongside sauce-covered grins and genuine laughter that leaves a soul full. In both, she has found that the lasting memories were always rooted in the details and care taken to ensure guests left knowing they were the moment’s only priority. It’s that realization that brought to life countless unique moments for friends and family and great success in her roles orchestrating experiences from sports to lifestyle brands. 

During her years of event planning and experiential marketing, Amy has built a network of industry peers committed to elevating the event experience and offerings of central Texas. While on a personal sabbatical, those same peers (over tapas and wine) encouraged her to find a solution to that continued commitment…Well Set is the response to that challenge.
