Business PowerHour will be held Tuesday, February 17th from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM. Lunch and Networking kicks off at 11:30 AM and the presentation begins at 11:45 AM 

Our Guest Speaker is Sgt. Elijah Basden with the City of Waco Police Department's S.A.F.E. Unit

This essential presentation will introduce business leaders to the core principles of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED).  Attendees will learn how to leverage simple, cost-effective strategies like enhancing Natural Surveillance and implementing effective Access Control to deter criminal activity. 

Furthermore, the session will delve into Territorial Reinforcement techniques, providing practical applications to reduce vulnerability and strengthen overall robbery prevention for any commercial property.
