Beyond ChatGPT: Intelligent Agents and What Comes Next: Artificial intelligence is rapidly moving from tools that assist us to agents that act on our behalf. In this session, Dr. Hope Koch examines the agent economy, real-world business implications, and the guardrails organizations need to keep humans meaningfully in the loop. Dr. Koch is the Godfrey Sullivan Professor of Information Systems and Business Analytics at Baylor University, where her research and teaching focus on how emerging technologies reshape decision-making, organizations, and the future of work.
