Leadership Waco is joining one of Waco’s most iconic traditions, the Baylor Homecoming Parade!

Leadership Waco alumni and their families are invited to walk the parade route together as we celebrate 43 years of leaders who have helped shape Waco and McLennan County.

It’s a chance to reconnect with classmates, meet alumni from across four decades of Leadership Waco, and see just how far the impact of this program reaches. Imagine looking around and seeing generations of Leadership Waco graduates, people who have led organizations, served our community, built businesses, volunteered, advocated and invested in this place we call home.

Come help us celebrate the legacy of Leadership Waco and the people who continue to carry it forward.

The pace will be leisurely, the atmosphere will be fun, and families are welcome. We’d love to have every Leadership Waco class represented!
